Road noise Lden 2022

Digital national data base of the calculation result Lden (day, evening, night) 2022 according to the EU Environmental Noise Directive (2002/49/EC, 34. BImSchV). The Lden level was calculated using the calculation method for ambient noise from ground-level sources (BUB), which implements the uniform calculation method CNOSSOS-EU throughout Europe into national law. These levels are calculated at a height of 4 m above ground and in a grid of 10 x 10 m. The acoustic source is the relevant main road network with all-day (day, evening, night) traffic, which is also available under the name “Straßen_2022” on this map server. The display takes place in 5 dB classes according to legend. The calculation results of the agglomerations Hannover, Hildesheim, Braunschweig, Osnabrück, Oldenburg and Göttingen are not part of this dataset, this also applies to the calculation results in the federal state of Bremen.
