RP Stuttgart (081) — Land use plan (preparatory land management planning) — spatial scope of the land use plan (fnpgelt)

The limit of the territorial scope of a land use plan is presented. Since the municipality can also transfer the establishment of a land use plan in cooperation with other municipalities to a municipal administration association (GVV), an administrative association (VG), an Agreed Administrative Community (VVG), a Planning Association (PV) or a Neighbourhood Association (NV), the scope then constitutes the delimitation of these territorial units.
