For the protection of natural goods, nature-related uses and ecological functions from other uses or land use, the Regional Plans may identify areas for agriculture in the form of priority and reserved areas. In priority areas, nature-related uses and the fulfilment of ecological functions take precedence over other, especially structural uses. On the other hand, other land-significant uses or measures must be weighed in reserved areas. The farm and corridor structures shall be maintained and developed in such a way that long-term, functional and competitive land management is possible. Especially in rooms with strong housing pressure, the corridors in the open spaces must be selected, sized, secured and developed in such a way that rational agricultural land use is possible.
