RV Ostwürttemberg (0813) — Regional development axes, shaped (N)/(Z) and regional development axes (8115)

General Kurzbeschreibung:Aus of the Regional Development Plan, the regional development axes (see OA No 8114) are incorporated into the regional plans. In the regional plans, formations can be made, for example by concretising the course of the regional development axes or by further planning statements. The combination of meticulous adoption or specificisation of objectives is characterised by the letter combination “(N)/(Z)”. To the extent necessary for the development and organisation of the geographical structure of the region, regional plans may also define regional development axes. In terms of regional development axes functionally, settlement development is closely related to efficient mass transport means. The concentration of settlement activity and its allocation to the public transport stops and important other infrastructure facilities serve to reduce land use for settlement activity, to minimise individual journeys by shifting to public transport and to ensure short distances for supply and leisure activities.
