Dataset description

General brief description: Regional plans may define regionally significant mining sites, activable reserves and raw material resources as areas for securing raw material reserves in the form of priority areas, reserved areas and exclusion areas. In priority areas, other spatially significant uses contrary to subsequent extraction of raw materials are not permitted. On the other hand, other land-significant uses or measures must be weighed in reserved areas. In exclusion areas, the safeguarding of regionally significant raw material resources is generally excluded.
