The map shows the state of the school house networking (LAN) in private schools in Bavaria. The data is based on official school statistics, which are only available at the end of the school year. Newly founded schools are not yet presented. The level of equipment is indicated in the following categories: “Overall” means that at least 90 % of the classrooms are wired to the Internet. Under 90 % means “mainly present” that at least half of the classrooms have a wired Internet connection. “Partly available” means that less than half of the classrooms have a wired Internet connection.
