Soil benchmarks City of Bremen

The soil benchmark is the average position value of the soil for a majority of land within a demarcated area (soil benchmark zone), largely identical by type and measure of use and for which substantially equal value ratios exist. Soil benchmarks are shown for residential areas (single and multi-family houses), mixed area areas, core area areas, commercial building areas and special construction areas, partly with further differentiations.
