The service provides information on the ground values of the expert committees of the districts and district-free cities in Bavaria. The zones with uniform ground values are displayed at the current cut-off date. Additional information can be accessed. Their content depends on the respective reviewer’s committee. Information on soil benchmarks is subject to a fee. The local expert committee decides on the amount of the respective fees. Individual expert committees make their soil benchmarks available for inspection free of charge. However, this inspection does not replace the official soil reference information.
