Dataset description

This map service visualises ground values in the Free State of Saxony with reference dates from the period 02.01.2017 to 01.01.2018. Soil benchmarks with the cut-off date 31.12.2017 are only occupied for the areas of the district-free cities of Chemnitz and Leipzig, as soil benchmarks were determined nationwide only for these areas at the reference date. The soil benchmarks shall be determined and provided by the locally competent expert committees. Further information, such as the specific contact persons, can be accessed via the factual data query. In the Free State of Saxony, the data of the soil benchmarks correspond to the AdV concept VBORIS 2.0.
