Soil data Saxony-Anhalt (WMS — Display Service)

In the service, all spatial data on the topic of soil in Saxony-Anhalt are summarised. The content of the individual display levels is described in the metadata of the respective spatial data. The levels of the technical data are included: — Soil landscapes Saxony-Anhalt, — Soil base data (medium-scale agricultural site mapping, preliminary soil map and class mark of soil estimation), — Soil characteristics, — Soil potentials, — Ground background values. A presentation service with data from the soil overview map of the Federal Republic of Germany 1:200,000 is provided by the Federal Institute for Geosciences and Raw Materials (BGR). The spatial data planes are represented in defined, partially overlapping scale ranges: — Soil landscapes of Saxony-Anhalt in scale > 100,000, — Overview maps in scale > 100,000, — Medium-sized agricultural site mapping > 50,000, — Preliminary ground map of Saxony-Anhalt in the scale range < 100,000 and — Class sign of soil estimation in scale < 50,000.
