The data set “Sonnenscheindauer in Bayern” consists of 13 layers. The layers show the duration of sunshine as the average daily value for each month. The duration of sunshine for the whole year is given as the sum of all daily values. The measure of sunshine duration is hours. The spatial data set is intended to help estimate the suitability of locations for solar installations.
