ONTRAS Gastransport GmbH is a national transmission system operator in the European gas transport system based in Leipzig. For the smooth transport of natural gas customers, ONTRAS operates Germany’s second longest long-distance gas network with approximately 7,000 kilometres of cable length and around 450 grid coupling points. As a reliable partner, the company unites the interests of transport customers, dealers, regional network operators and producers of renewable gases. The data set represents the network area in which transmission gas lines of ONTRAS Gastransport GmbH are to be expected. The network area is divided into four supraregional areas of responsibility.
