This map layer contains the representation of forest test areas in North Rhine-Westphalia. The experimental sites are used for long-term scientific forest research, e.g. forest growth, the suitability of origins or the impact of management measures. Among the areas are observation areas, tests of origin, Forest growth trials and numerous forest building experiments.
