Grundsatz im Regionalplan. Bei Planungen und Maßnahmen in Vorbehaltsgebieten vorbeugender Hochwasserschutz sind das bestehende Überschwemmungsrisiko einschließlich der Gefahren des Versagens bestehender Schutzeinrichtungen sowie die Rückgewinnung ehemaliger Retentionsflächen zu berücksichtigen. In Vorbehaltsgebieten vorbeugender Hochwasserschutz sind bei der Sanierung bestehender Bebauung sowie bei neuer Bebauung geeignete bautechnische Maßnahmen zur Vermeidung des Eintrags wassergefährdender Stoffe im Überschwemmungsfall vorzusehen. -Daten stammen vom Regionalen Planungsverband Leipzig-Westsachsen -rechtliche Grundlage bildet der Regionalplan Westsachsen 2008 (Stand 25.07.2008)
