Dataset description

General brief description: Municipalities in which, for special reasons, in particular due to regard to natural resources, no settlement activity beyond their own development is to take place, are identified in the regional plans. The in-house development framework is intended to enable municipalities to maintain their grown structure and to develop them appropriately. The in-house development of a municipality includes the creation of housing and jobs for the needs of natural population development and for internal needs as well as for the reception of late resettlement.
