The service includes 2 layers, 1. the surrounding areas of drinking water protection areas and 2. the surrounding areas of the spa springs in Bavaria. The fixed and planned water protection areas shall be recorded and updated. The measurement scale should be max. 1: 5,000, but may vary up to 1: It’s 30,000. Further data are against delivery fee and taking Bayer into account. Data Protection Act, Bayer. Environmental Information Act and Bayer. Geodata infrastructure law available at the data center of the LfU.
