These areas are characterised by the influence of water and are demarcated by the floodplains and low bogs Moore, floodplains, Gleye and Kolluvia. They characterise the natural area of influence of the water in which floods and floods can occur. Usages may be affected by: rivers and streams crossing the banks, sometimes high water drainage in otherwise dry valleys or temporarily high groundwater. In contrast to areas officially established or intended for the establishment of flooding areas, it is not possible for these areas to indicate how likely floods are. Depending on the local situation, the areas can cover a frequent or even an extreme flood event. In smaller waters where there are no flood areas or flood hazards, the representation of the water-sensitive areas may indicate possible floods and high groundwater levels and thus be used to estimate the risk of flooding. The water-sensitive areas will be based on the overview floor map in scale 1: 25 000 worked out. These cards do not contain land limits. The concern of individual plots cannot therefore be read and the representation of the water-sensitive areas is only up to a scale of approx. 1: 25 000 possible.
