Web Feature Service (WFS) with rental mirror is available for download. The Hamburger Mietenspiegel is an overview of the rents paid in Hamburg for free-financed apartments. Tenants and landlords can check on their basis rent increase procedures. The survey and calculation of the local comparative rent was carried out by the Hamburg-based research company GEWOS Institut für Stadt-, Regional- und Wohnforschung GmbH in accordance with recognised scientific principles on the basis of an empirical representative survey. On the basis of the net cold rent, the rental mirror shows the local comparison rent in Euro/m² mtl.
