Dataset description

This WebFeatureService (WFS) provides the road section-related traffic volumes, based on traffic censuses carried out on federal highways and main roads until 2014. The counting results were extrapolated to the average working day traffic (DTVw), in 2014. Due to extensive site influences in 2014, the German motorways were based on the DTVw values in 2013. Within the colored sections of the route, the traffic volume may vary within the specified bandwidth. These traffic volumes are not suitable for traffic forecasts.
