Dataset description

The wind power landscape (only favourable areas) offers an initial assessment of wind-open areas from an environmental point of view with regard to their suitability as potential areas for wind energy use. It does not replace the immission protection permit. A legal claim (such as a permit) cannot be derived from it. The so-called “10 H Regulation” and the municipal planning authority remain unaffected. Other space-related issues must be taken into account.
