Scope of the legally binding development plans
(A development plan regulates the manner of the possible development of parceled plots and the use of the land to be kept free of development in this context. In the development plan, a municipality defines as statutes which uses are permitted on an area.)
Important information:
In the case of legally binding changes to development plans, project-related development plans and project and development plans covering the entire original scope, only the latest change is recorded!
The territorial scopes are in line with the state of the decision-making. Adjustments as a result of card continuations (e.g. ALK) are not made!
