Dataset description

Presentation service of the Digital Topographic Map 1: 50,000 for the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany. The Digital Topographic Map 1:50 000 (DTK50) contains the grid data of the “Topographic Map 1:50 000 (TK50)”. The DTK50 is derived from the ATKIS®-DLM and DGM of the federal states. The signature of the map objects follows the rules of the ATKIS®-SK50 signature catalog.The raster data are structured according to cartographic content elements in layers (single layers). In addition to the total layer, which includes the complete colored card sheet, 24 additional single-color single layers are part of the DTK50. The data are available in a uniform grid resolution for the Federal Republic of Germany in various geodetic reference systems and map projections. Scale: 1:50000
