WMS LGRB-BW ISONG: Information System Surface-related geothermal energy for Baden-Württemberg (extended version)

With the information system Surface-related geothermal energy for Baden-Württemberg (Isong), information on the possibilities of use and risks to be considered when constructing a geothermal probe or geothermal heat collector system can be accessed interactively on the Internet. Geothermal probes are provided with information on geothemic efficiency and limitations and risks after selecting a potential location. For registered users, a prognostic drilling profile up to a maximum depth of 400 m with structure in aquifers and low conductors and statements on heat withdrawal capacities up to 100 m depth are offered. Registration for the extended information is subject to a fee and can be ordered from the LGRB online shop. Isong is an Internet application of LGRB whose content is also offered as a WMS service.
