Dataset description

In the WMS NW VDOP Geobasis NRW provides interim results from the production process of Digital Orthophotos (DOP). The service contains current but VORLÄUFIGE results from the production processes of the current annual program of orthophoto production, which do not yet meet the quality standard of the official German surveying system. The service is designed with a distinctive watermark. The provisional DOP (VDOP) is only displayed temporarily in the WMS. VDOP tiles are deleted immediately as soon as the quality assured production of the corresponding DOP tiles has been completed.
