Dataset description

The Objective Sub-Regional Plan “Regional Spatial Structure and Basic Functional Priorities” makes textual and drawing definitions on the spatial structure and basic functional priorities. Basic functional priorities are the most functional parts of suitable municipalities. Only one basic functional focus per municipality may be defined. After the legal validity of the Sub-Regional Plan, these districts receive the extended possibilities in the areas of residential development and development of large-scale retail, as provided for in the regional development plan Berlin-Brandenburg (LEP HR). The Regional Assembly of the Regional Planning Community Oderland-Spree decided at the 4th meeting of the 7th meeting. Term of office on 21.06.2021 the Objective Sub-Regional Plan “Regional Spatial Structure and Basic Functional Priorities” as statutes. With its publication in the Official Journal for Brandenburg No 42/2021 of 27.10.2021, the Objective Regional Regional Plan “Regional Spatial Structure and Basic Functional Priorities” Oderland-Spree entered into force.
