Dataset description

The Objective Sub-Plan “Basic Functional Priorities” defines and secures basic functional priorities (GSP) in the districts of Oberhavel, Ostprignitz-Ruppin and Prignitz. The Regional Planning Association Prignitz-Oberhavel is implementing a corresponding mandate from the regional development plan Berlin-Brandenburg (Z 3.3 LEP HR). The GSPs are usually the most well-equipped districts (main towns) in a region. Planning incentives are intended to ensure facilities for daily needs that go beyond local local supply. Against this background, GSPs will be given additional development opportunities for residential and large-scale retail facilities. A total of 22 districts are defined as GSP.
