Dataset description

Comprehensive description of the information on the layers “Flurstück”, “Buildings” as well as the groups “actual use” and “legal provisions” according to the corresponding object areas in the ALKIS object types catalogue. The grouping “Other” is optional and contains the object areas “Buildings and Facilities” as well as “Relief”. All ALKIS objects of the basic database (except limit points and network points) are mandatory. All other ALKIS objects can be optionally guided. The ALKIS data is presented according to the ALKIS signature catalogue for standard AdV outputs. If specified in the signature catalog, all layers are available in color. For “flourpieces” and “buildings” additional representations in grayscales (according to signature catalogue) and in yellow (no surface representation, only contours) are offered. The “Determined Border Points” layer is also provided. The plot boundaries shown are based on data from the real estate register. These differ according to origin, accuracy and trustworthiness. This map service is therefore not suitable with its contents for a calculation of dimensions, in particular limit dimensions or boundary distances. From the common presentation of the parcel boundaries together with other map contents (e.g. aerial image/DOP), it cannot be concluded to the actual legal situation on site. The presentation of data from the real estate register, in particular the parcel boundaries in this service, is not considered to be official proof, but merely has an informative character.
