Description: The development plan “Speck” created the planning requirements for the designation of a commercial area. In particular, it makes it possible to expand the existing Dornfried plant. The planned area provides for the creation of the heat/heating centre for the local heating network in Reutlingendorf, which is fed from the adjacent biogas plant.
