Dataset description

Presentation of the results of the project KI4Forst of the Copernicus SH control centre. Based on an automated process chain and satellite data, forest areas and their changes are detected and mapped using deep learning techniques in Schleswig-Holstein. A special focus is placed on forest damage and is intended to support forest owners, forest companies, nature conservation organisations, etc. in the localisation, quantification and evaluation of any damage.
