Wuppertal ATOM Feed Non-legally Binding Monument Area Articles

The ATOM Feed Download Service for the non-legally binding monument area statutes in Wuppertal provides a dataset for download, which covers the spatial scope of all not yet legally binding monument area statutes of the City of Wuppertal pursuant to §5 Monument Protection Act NRW (DSchG NRW). The scopes were constructed on the basis of the digital property map and on the basis of the draft articles of association (planned installations and location descriptions). As of 03/2017, 2 procedures are underway in Wuppertal for the definition of monument areas (local cores Cronenberg and Beyenburg), the completion of which is not yet foreseeable. A continuation of the database must only take place once a monument area statute has been completed (removal from the dataset) or when the scope polygon has been defined in a new procedure (supplement in the dataset). However, the data that the download service accesses will be updated on a regular basis for security purposes. The data set provided by the download service is subject to an open data license excluding data change (CC BY-ND 4.0).
