The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Hinter den Höfen (local building plan 1961)” of the municipality of Allmendingen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: “Behind the courtyards, site building plan 1961”, expands the “Hinter den Höfen” building plan from 1960 and is also referred to as “Back the Höfen II”.
