The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Im Dörfle” of the town of Weingarten from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The BauO WÜ 1910 still applies (Statute Decision was on 19.07.1962 and the BauNVO 1962 only came into force on 01.08.1962).
