Clarification Statute Markusstraße-Freisheim

The aim of these statutes is to define built-in interiors by clarifying them. For parcels 263, 322/2 (tlw.), 322/5 (tlw.) and 325, hall 4, Berg area, the aim of the Clarification Statute is to avoid or eliminate normatively Interpretati-ons manoeuvre about the affiliation of the plots to indoor or outdoor areas. This applies in particular to those plots which lie south of the property “Markusstraße 9” and, like this, via the economic path (Parz. 322/2) can be reached in extension of Markusstraße. The entire area is depicted as a “mixed building area” in the land use plan of the Verbandsgemeinde Altenahr.
