Cycling quantity map

The data set contains the nationwide cycle traffic volumes recorded by users via app during the years 2018 to 2020 as part of the campaign Stadtradeln des Klima-Bündnis e.V. and in the course of the research project MOVEBIS. The data were then prepared by the professorships of computer networks and traffic ecology at TU Dresden, cleaned by outliers and other means of transport and then projected onto an OSM network graph. An adapted version of the Open Source Routing Machine (OSRM) was used for this purpose. The revenue data represent the traffic volume of the three-week STADTRADELN campaign and are not average daily values (DTV).
