Development plan Allermöhe 25-Billwerder 21-Bergedorf 87 1st amendment Hamburg

The amendment of the building plan Allermöhe 25/Billwerder 21/Bergedorf 87 of 9 June 1992 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette page 110) for the scope west of Lake Allermöher between railway facilities and the Federal motorway A 25 (districts of Bergedorf, districts 610, 611 and 602) is established. The area shall be limited as follows: West boundary of parcel 4991 of the area of Allermöhe-over parcels 3692, 3025 and 3024, northern boundary of parcels 3024, 3025 and 3692, via parcel 3692 of the Billwerder area over parcels 4990, 4981, 4967, 4965 and 4418, east boundary of parcels 4965, east and south border of parcel 4966, south-east boundary of parcel 4969, east boundary of parcels 4974 and 3151, southern borders of parcels 3151 and 4975, via parcels 4975 and 3120 of the landmark Allermöheö.
