The Regulation on the development plan Heimfeld 1 of 27 July 1982 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette, page 269) is amended as follows: 1.The attached “Appendix to the Regulation on the Building Plan Heimfeld 1” is added to the Regulation. 2.§ 2 is replaced by the following. » §2 The following provisions apply to the implementation of the development plan: In the commercial area, retail establishments shall not be permitted insofar as they do not trade in vehicles, boats, furniture, carpets and other land-use articles, including accessories, or with building materials, tools, garden tools and other construction and garden supplies, issue or store these items. 2.Playrooms and similar companies within the meaning of §33i of the Trade Code, which serve the installation of gaming equipment with or without profit possibilities, are excluded. 3.Through appropriate basic design, the lounges are assigned to the noisy side of the building. In so far as it is not possible to arrange lounges on the sides of the building’s noise, sufficient noise protection must be provided for those rooms by means of structural measures on external doors, windows, exterior walls and roofs of the buildings.’
