Upon request, the “berlinpass” will be granted to all persons who have their main residence in Berlin and receive the following benefits: — Unemployment benefit II or social benefit (Hartz IV) under the SGB II — Social assistance — Basic protection in old age — Basic guarantee with full disability under SGB XII — Benefits under the Asylum Seeker Benefits Act — as well as members of the community of needs of a beneficiary (family members)
