Dataset description

According to Section 79 of the RP NRW, the budget includes all revenue expected to be incurred in the financial year for the performance of the municipality’s duties and incoming payments, expenses incurred and disbursements to be made, necessary commitment appropriations. The budget shall be divided into a performance plan and a budget as well as sub-plans. It forms the basis for the municipal budget management and is considered a binding basis for budgetary management.
