Dataset description

The dataset contains the election results of the 1980-2017 state elections for the city of Moers, broken down by districts, council districts and voting districts. For the 2014 local elections, the spatial structure was changed. Therefore, in the 2012 comparative election, the voting districts were adjusted (see variable STIMMBEZ14). The voting district 308.3 was renamed 309.1 and vice versa. This also affects the spatial layout and results of Council constituencies 308 and 309 (see RATSWAHLBEZ14k). Shape files can be used for cartographic representation.
