The next municipal elections will take place on 13 September 2020. All Düsseldorf citizens who are entitled to vote are entitled to vote on election day.
Are German or EU citizens,

have resided in Düsseldorf for at least 16 days, and
they are not excluded from the right to vote.

A voting district is an organizational unit in political elections at the municipal level or in state elections. In order to carry out the election, the mayor divides the district constituencies/municipal electoral districts into voting districts. Each voting district is assigned a voting room and an electoral board.
