Dataset description

According to the Berlin Energy Transition Act, the districts are obliged to draw up a roadmap for the renovation of all district buildings from a net floor area of more than 250 m². The aim is to achieve a largely climate-neutral building stock by 2050. For this purpose, extensive energy renovation measures must be carried out in almost all buildings in the district.
