Dataset description

The figures represent the percentage of the final examinations taken by women and men of the subject group of engineering sciences. The subject group includes mechanical engineering/process engineering, electrical engineering, architecture/interior architecture and civil engineering. Computer science is not taken into account for reasons of temporal comparability. Completed final examinations (incl. doctorates) were recorded, regardless of the passing.
