Dataset description

The historical map — floor plan of the royal residence city of Potsdam and the surrounding area — was published by the Land Survey Brandenburg in 1990 as a colour reproduction. The original is located in the Staatsbibliothek Preußischer Kulturbesitz in Berlin. Available in landscape format, this floor plan shows in scale 1: 48 200 by digits in the map marked various peculiarities. For example, individual buildings within the Sanssouci Park and their function at that time are described by a legend depicted in the map.
