Dataset description
The Federal Surveillance Plan (BÜp) is a plan for one year on the coordinated implementation of official controls between the Länder to verify compliance with food, wine and tobacco legislation. The legal basis is the General Administrative Regulation Framework Monitoring (AVV Rüb)
The selection of the samples to be examined and the holdings to be inspected is carried out on a risk-based basis, i.e. targeted on the basis of a risk analysis. As part of the BÜp, food, cosmetic products and consumer goods can be examined. The studies may cover, for example, the following aspects: chemical parameters, microbiological parameters, the use of certain processes or the verification of labelling elements.
