Inspire HH Land Use

This data set represents the digital planning data of the development plans of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg in the INSPIRE target model. The data has been transformed from the XPlanung object model into the Planned Land Use (PLU) GML application schema. Building plans (binding building plans) are legally binding plans, which include construction stage plans, partial building plans, implementation plans and, since 1962, the current development plans according to the Federal Building Act (BBauG) or from 1986 according to the Building Code (BauGB). The development plans consist of the plan drawing, the legal ordinance text with the textual determinations and a statement of reasons. Development plans for smaller areas shall be subject to the binding provisions for the development and other use of the land. They must be developed from the land use plan (preparatory building plan).
