Dataset description
The database (seen25.shp, version 4.3) contains the lakes of Brandenburg (version 4.3).
The lakes were derived from the ATKIS BasisDLM as of 2009 for Berlin and Brandenburg.
The open pit lakes were corrected on the basis of the DOP40 in their location and extension and, if necessary, were redigitised or compared with the data base of Vattenfall (as of 2006).
