*Short description The statistics provide information on traffic accidents recorded by the police in public roads and places where persons have been killed, injured or serious property damage has occurred. In addition, other material damage accidents under the influence of intoxicating means are also recorded. The data is provided on a monthly basis by the State Office for Central Police Services. The data are spatially differentiated up to the level of the municipalities. The quality report provides information on methods and definitions as well as the quality of the results of a statistics. It is available for free download on the website of the Federal Statistical Office.
