Number of daily openings of mining per municipality — NRW

This statistics provides information on how the day openings of mining at the end of the year are distributed among the municipalities of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. In order to record old mining in North Rhine-Westphalia, all documents available at the Arnsberg District Government, Department of Mining and Energy in North Rhine-Westphalia (North Rhine-Westphalia Mining Authority) are systematically evaluated in the framework of the so-called basic assessment (e.g. operational and mining crack works, Berechtsamsakteen, operational files). A document is also available for explanation.
