*Short description The survey of investments for environmental protection provides information on the scope, structure and development of investment for environmental protection in the commercial economy. The investments and the value of newly rented and leased new property, plant and equipment for environmental protection are key features that are collected annually. The data is collected by companies and companies of mining and quarrying, as well as for companies and companies in the manufacturing sector, energy and water supply and waste disposal according to special delimitation criteria.
The data are spatially differentiated up to the level of the district-free cities and districts.
The quality report provides information on methods and definitions as well as the quality of the results of a statistics.
It is available for free download on the website of the Federal Statistical Office.
