The data set contains the link to the OParl interface of the Council Information System (Allris) of the City of Aachen. OParl is an initiative of the Open Knowledge Foundation to standardise open access to parliamentary information systems in Germany. The goal of OParl is to create a standard API for access to public content in municipal council information systems so that the content from it can be used in the sense of open data for as many different purposes as possible.
